Kyle Coolbroth

Our Leadership

Kyle has 30 years of executive experience in multiple industries, and leading small and large teams in operations, technology, marketing, and product design/development. Educated as an architect, he applies all the principles of design to every challenge and opportunity.

He has been blessed to have:

Started, bought and sold several businesses
Co-founded Coco, the pioneer in the coworking industry
Launched the first and only Stanford d.School off campus and taught hundreds of leaders the methods and modes of human-centered design
Two beautiful daughters and a strong and supportive wife that keep him grounded

Our History

Over the last decade, Kyle has coached nearly 5,000 founders, startups leaders, CEOs, and owners. He has provided practical guidance that has helped leaders realize their dreams and more. In 2017 Kyle joined the Business Accelerator program offered by Michael Hyatt, and it was through that experience and friendship Kyle honed his skills through group and individual teaching and one-on-one coaching with hundreds of business leaders from across the globe.

In 2022, Cothink’r was born as a direct result of Kyle’s observations about the lonely nature of leadership, and that almost all leaders were hungry to have someone to think with them about their challenges and opportunities.

It takes time to develop new habits and to see plans realized.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. Our engagements are 12 months in duration to ensure there is enough time to learn and apply the tools we teach you. Clients often stay 2-3 years as they continue to evolve as a leader.

Not all executive coaches are the same, and few understand strategy.

We believe everyone would benefit from a coach. However, there are many coaches with a range of designations. Be sure to do your homework. Cothink’r comprises those who have been there, done that, and know how to help you do the same or even better regardless of the industry.

Finding a WHO is more important than figuring out HOW.

Sure, you can learn anything – we believe in you! However, you may be the most expensive and least qualified WHO you could hire. Let Cothink’r do what we love to do, so you can do what you love to do.
